Insignia listens to UK needs

Insignia Medical Systems, the pioneering UK based Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) provider, has been working closely with its customer base to provide product training and industry insights.

Holding their annual National User Group day in Oxford in September, Insignia welcomed their customers to a day of interactive sessions, and peer to peer learning.

The day, which is open to all Insignia customers including Radiologists, Clinicians and PACS administration teams, featured updates on Insignia’s current development plans, feedback on product development, demonstrations and Q&A sessions.

Users were able to meet the Insignia team face to face, including the development, training and support teams, who were all on hand for one to one sessions and group discussions.

Speaking about the event, Arron Edwards, Insignia Medical Systems’ Software Development Director, commented “Our National User Group meeting provides both our own team and most importantly our customers, with an invaluable opportunity to work through any user issues, discuss areas for potential development, and provides a sounding board for new product updates and developments. The feedback we received from the day is testament to the growth and innovations within the Medical Imaging sector.”

The event follows the success of the company’s 2014 event, where throughout the day a list of desired PACS developments was created, one year on, Insignia are proud to have included all 22 features that were requested in their latest software release.
