Insignia Medical Systems, the pioneering UK based Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) provider, brought a touch of British history and nostalgia to visitors to this year’s UKRC exhibition displaying the iconic Spitfire ‘Lucy’.
As a British supplier focused exclusively on the NHS and UK private clients, Insignia, wanted to give visitors a unique and personal experience that reflects the ethos of the company. From the wonderful feedback received, they achieved more than they had hoped for, and returned from the event completely overwhelmed by the popularity of their display.
Richard Dormer, Managing Director, Insignia Medical Systems, commented that “So many people were saying how their Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents worked with Spitfires in some way, from building them and parachute packing, to delivering and flying them. It was truly overwhelming to hear so many inspirational and personal stories from our visitors, whilst helping to raise awareness of the Flyde Spitfire Memorial Fund.”
As a leading UK based PACS and VNA provider, Insignia is known for its dedication to customer care, providing annual client events, a user-forum and regular meetings to their customers; working closely with them to develop and enhance products to meet their specific immediate and future needs.
The event’s success comes at the same time as Insignia receiving the Highly Recommended PACS Supplier award in an independent report by peer60. Insignia were the only supplier to achieve top marks in the ‘Can your current PACS supplier help you achieve your goals’ category, peer60 reviewed that “Insignia, scored 100% among its customers as a partner who can help them meet their goals.
